House Le Cointre is a modern Luxury beach house with a 220 degree view of the water canals of Admiral Islands Estate in Port Owen.  The double storey house features large glass north facing stack doors on the ground floor with big sliding glass panels for the bedrooms on the First Floor.  The open plan layout on ground floor creates large open areas which is arranged to all have spectacular views out to the water canals.  The house features an outdoor shower, pergola covered jaccuzi as well as a private jetti for personal boat docking.
