House Smith

House Smith is a single storey Modern Farmhouse residence which features large open plan living areas.  House Smith has large glass windows and stack doors opening to a spacious yard and a beautifully landscaped garden.  A new glass house entertainment area is added to the house as a second phase.  The entertainment area at a raised level with open outdoor patio spaces on the sides.  The phase also consisted of a private gym area and two new double motor homes.
